In an effort to save money, numerous rural Post Offices in Wyoming will reduce the number of hours that they're open.
The operating hours will change beginning next year.
The only alternative to reducing hours, was to close the post offices.
Post Office Spokesperson David Rupert says that three out of every four Post Offices in Wyoming will see their hours cut.
Some Post Offices that will see a change right away include Slater, Freedom and Hartville.
The changes will take effect starting January 12th.
