Nebraska is launching a new campaign to help its citizens understand their gambling limits.
The Department of Health and Human Services has launched a new web site meant to help identify signs that there could be a problem. The director of the behavioral health division, Scot Adams, says that knowing the difference between low–risk and a potential problem is the first defense against a gambling problem.
The state gamblers assistance program says that about 55,000 Nebraskans may have a problem without realizing it.
