Many people across the panhandle woke up to some snowfall this morning.
Most places received less than half an inch of snow overnight, but part of the northern panhandle had up to 3.5 inches.
Downtown Crawford was blanketed with a fresh coat of white powder. The snow prompted Gary Galey and others to start up their snow blowers.
Galey cleared a lot of the sidewalks in his neighborhood today, and says he doesn't mind the wintry weather. "No I don't mind it at all. We need the moisture and everything. So that's fine- as long it doesn't get too cold, why we're alright."
Icy roads made the morning commute a little more difficult on some of the steeper streets in Crawford.
