A Scottsbluff man is facing a lengthy prison sentence, after selling drugs to an informant in an undercover sting.
21–year–old Beau Gealy is charged with two felony counts of distribution of a controlled substance.
Court documents say Gealy sold marijuana on two separate occasions to someone working for the WING Drug Task Force.
Each felony charge carries a sentence of 1 to 20 years in prison.
Bond has been set at $150,000, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for November 30th at 2:30 p.m.
