The Gering Post Office will offer a special stamp starting tomorrow.
To celebrate Gering's 125th Anniversary, the post office is giving out a special cancellation stamp.
To get a stamp, you can just go into the post office and have it affixed to a piece of mail.
Post Office Clerk Jan Marker says she's expecting a lot of customers to come in and get a special stamp.
"It's a little something that you can send out if you want or you can keep it for a memory. We're doing it special for the City of Gering because it's their 125th Anniversary."
Marker says the Gering Post Office also had a special stamp in July, but tomorrow is the actual date of the city's anniversary.
