After a home fire in Gering, the Firefighter Ministry is trying to help the displaced family.
In South East Gering, the home of a single mother and her two kids has been destroyed.
The family will be staying with other family members but still need some things to get back on their feet.
The firefighter ministry is collecting clothing and small household items like silverwear and small appliances.
The family needs women's clothing size 1 to 3 in Juniors and for men's clothing, size 30x32 pants and Large sized shirts.
Items can be dropped off at the Fire Fighter Ministry drop off at First Baptist Church.
