The man charged with robbing a Scottsbluff bank the day before Thanksgiving enters a not guilty plea.
42-year-old Michael Scott faces charges of robbery, theft by deception, and possession of methamphetamine.
He was arrested a day-and-a-half after the Valley Bank and Trust branch on Broadway was robbed.
A February jury-trial has been set for the theft by deception charge. And Scott will be back in court in March for the charges relating to the robbery and possession of meth.
He continues to be held on a $750,000 bond.
