Three Scottsbluff families welcome babies on 12-12-12

Wednesday's 12–12–12 date brought luck to a few Panhandle families.

Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff reported the births of three healthy babies yesterday.

Another baby was born in Omaha yesterday at exactly 12:12 pm.

Lots of weddings and births were expected yesterday because of the unique date.

David's Bridal estimates nearly 7,500 brides got married yesterday, which is up more than 1,000% from December 12th last year.

The repetitive calendar dates won't line up again for another century.
