Dawes Co. fugitive to be extradited back to NV

The fugitive who led Dawes County Sheriff deputies on a two-day manhunt will be extradited back to Nevada to face charges.

29-year-old Justin Pearce was apprehended Wednesday afternoon after fleeing from sheriff's deputies trying to serve an arrest warrant.

Sheriff Karl Dailey says Pearce has arrest warrants from Utah and Nevada for felony theft and fraud.

Pearce could face local charges, including flight of arrest, but nothing has been filed as of Friday afternoon.
