A KOTA Territory Senior Center is on the move to a new location.
The old Scottsbluff Senior Center building used to be located on Broadway street.
But today the move to it's new location backed up traffic with tractors moving stop lights to let the building through 27th Street.
City Manager Rick Kuckkahn says the city doesn't own the building and it went through a private sale.
Throughout the week the building has taken pit stops, yesterday at the Bluffs Middle School parking lot and today at a church off 27th Street.
Russell Excavation wouldn't specify a location or buyer of the building.
