A Nebraska Basketball Player is in some hot water.
Deverell Biggs a redshirt for the university's basketball team, is cited on suspicion of driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident.
Police say Biggs backed his Chevrolet Suburban into a vehicle in Omaha at 1:25 a.m. Sunday.
Biggs did talk to the other driver then drove off, police stopped him a few miles away.
His blood alcohol content was .134, well over the legal limit of .08.
20 year old Biggs also got a citation for Minor in Possession and Unsafe Backing.
Biggs accepted an N.U. scholarship last April, making him the first in state player to sign with the Huskers in 11 years.
