As the holiday season comes to an end, the need for food does not.
The mainstay Scottsbluff Food Pantry at C.A.P.W.N is looking empty after the Christmas holiday.
But Community Bridge's Director Jennifer Rogers says the pantry needs a lot more food to restock their shelves.
Rogers says they really need canned foods and vegetables for those without appliances to cook.
"For the families that we have that are really seeing some of their energy prices rising, and paying larger bills that they can't not pay, that's typically when we see them coming in and needing more food assistance."
Rogers says if they don't have enough donations they won't be able to help those families.
