Sidney woman going to trial for alleged scissor-stabbing

A Sidney woman accused of stabbing a man with scissors pleads not guilty in Cheyenne County District Court.

On Wednesday, 30-year old Alicia Green was arraigned on charges of second degree assault and use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony.

Court documents say Green stabbed a man because she thought he stole 20 dollars off a table in the apartment.

A jury trial has been scheduled for February 25th in Cheyenne County District Court.
