Trials scheduled for two in Alliance after police find meth

Posted: Updated:

Two people in Alliance will face charges for allegedly possessing meth in a home that also occupied children.

This week in Box Butte County District Court a trial was set for 42 year–old Brian Chesson and 35 year–old Kelly Clark.  The trials will both take place in February, ten days apart from each other.

Clark and Chesson were both arrested back in September after police received a report that clark was using marijuana.   A search of the home revealed meth, resulting in the charges.

Both will face possession of meth, a felony and child abuse charges, a misdemeanor.   They are currently free on bond.
