Panhandle Humane Society offering discount on cats

If you want to add a furry friend to your family, now may be the time to do so.

The Panhandle Humane Society is offering all cats at a fraction of their normal cost, at 30 dollars.

Director Cathy McDaniel says that she hopes the promotion brings in more people.

"Some of them have been strays, some of them have been surrendered for whatever reason, but they are all great cats, so yeah come find your next best friend," says McDaniel.

McDaniel says the promotion is just that and won't last long.
