Trooper Chuck Elley says the rollover crash is the most common in the Panhandle and causes the most fatalities.
Elley says a lot of these fatalities are the result of not wearing a seatbelt.
Elley says it's a good idea for parents to teach their teens to be responsible early on.
A contract regarding seatbelt use, texting while driving, drinking and driving - Could save a teen's life.
"A study from highway safety tells us, that if everybody wore their seatbelt, our fatality rate would drop by a minimum of 50%, and also seatbelts keep you inside the vehicle."
Elley says a lot of people don't realize teaching kids to wear their seatbelt starts with the parent's habits.
