A couple from Ames, Iowa were back in Cheyenne County Court to answer to a variety of drug charges after a state trooper found pounds of drugs in their vehicle.
30-year-old Jessica Carroll appeared for a status hearing on four felony charges, with the two most severe being for Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance (Marijuana and Hash). Both are Class III Felonies. She waived her preliminary hearing and arraignment has been scheduled in District Court on February 6th at 3p.m.
20-year-old Benjamin Schneider, also appeared for a status hearing for the same charges. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for him on January 24th at 11 a.m. in Cheyenne County District Court.
Bond remains at 10% of $100,000.
