Senator Danielle Conrad is suggesting the 'Buffet rule' to raise income taxes on the wealthy.

Conrad believes the Governor's plan is radical and dangerous.
But some citizens, like Kay Jackson, don't think raising taxes on anyone is the answer.
"We really have very high taxes I think. And I don't know exactly where they're all going to these days... But it seems like we're getting taxed and taxed and taxed."
Conrad hopes for a better solution that will equal the playing field for all Nebraskans.
