You may see more for sale signs in KOTA Territory this year.
The number of homes on the market are steadily increasing ... And the same is true in the panhandle.
In recent years, 'unstable' is how many described the nation's housing market.
But according to the National Association of Realtors, 2012 homes sales are at their highest in half a decade.
Century-21 realtor, Krystal Holten, says it's a good time to sell. "Right now we are seeing sales at a higher level and we are also seeing a lower inventory which is keeping sales prices high."
Holten says we're already seeing an increase in 2013.
