A trial is in its second day for a convicted felon accused of pointing a loaded gun at multiple people during a September incident.
28-year-old Ray Camacho is charged with multiple counts of "Use of a weapon to commit a felony" and "making terroristic threats."
His arrest affidavit shows that Camacho was driving around Scottsbluff with a loaded gun threatening to kill his victims. One victim reportedly says Camacho put the gun in his mouth.
The trial is expected to be completed on Tuesday.
Ray Camacho was sentenced back in 2007 to serve 6 -to- 8 years in prison on a methamphetamine distribution charge.
