Minatare man sentenced on sexual abuse charges

A Minatare man is given 30 to 48 months in prison for sexually assaulting a child.

33 -year - old Keith Van Winkle made a deal with prosecutors and pleaded no contest to reduced charges in Scotts Bluff County District Court.

He was arrested after a 7-year-old girl told school officials in may about being molested three years earlier. During a polygraph test, Van Winkle admitted he sexually assaulted the girl when she was four-years old.
