One of four teenagers involved in a Gering home break-in was back in court today to answer to one-count of burglary.
19 - year - old Shane Merrills waived his is right to a Preliminary Hearing this morning in Scotts Bluff County Court.
According to court documents, Merrills and three friends broke into a Gering house on January 13th.
During the break-in, the home was badly damaged, and items including a gun, jewelry and electronics were stolen.
During today's court proceedings, Judge James Worden reduced bond from $75,000 to $30,000.
