A Gering woman charged with intent to distribute methamphetamine has been sentenced to serve the next 4 to 8 years behind bars.

28-year-old Amanda LeMay was one of 9 people arrested in October as part of a major drug bust by the WING Drug Task Force.

Initially, LeMay was charged with two counts of intent to distribute, but one of those charges was dropped.

This morning in Scotts Bluff County District Court, LeMay was sentenced to serve 48 to 96 months in prison, and is credited for 111 days served.
