A registered sex offender receives up to 25 years behind bars.
24 year old Matthew Crable of Bayard will spend 20 to 25 years in prison after pleading no contest to a charge of enticement by electronic communication device.
Crable was arrested in September after setting up a sexual meeting via text messages with someone he thought was a 13 year old girl, but who was really an undercover police officer.
Crable was convicted of first-degree sexual assault of a child in march 2011.
