A Sidney woman pleads guilty to amended charges that may keep her out of jail.
30-year-old Alicia Green appeared in Cheyenne County Court today for a change of plea hearing on a charge of use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony. Court documents say Green stabbed a man because she thought he stole 20 dollars off a table in the apartment.
