A KOTA Territory community college is redefining their
definition of 'community.'
The Western Nebraska Community College's, Emerging Voices journal, includes the public's submissions.
The college literary journal contains poetry, prose, art
work and photography.
The college invites the community, staff, faculty and students to send their applications for this year's journal.
"I believe very strongly, the community college concept
that we belong to the entire community. So we also welcome submissions from the
entire service area," says the journal's advisor, Janet Craven."
The deadline for submissions is on February 25th.
