A Bayard man who was arrested in a major drug bust in October is found guilty for distributing methamphetamine.
23-year-old Johnny Horn stood trial late last week in Scotts Bluff County District Court.
A jury deliberated late into the night, but ultimately found horn guilty on two counts of distribution of methamphetamine.
47-year-old Telesforo Alvarado was also arrested in that drug bust. He's facing a charge of distribution of methamphetamine within one-thousand feet of a playground.
A jury could not reach a verdict, and a motion for a new jury trial has been filed for March 17th.
