A Scottsbluff man who sold methamphetamine to customers over the counter at Taco Town last year will serve 4 years of probation.

32-year-old Brian Ross was initially charged with three counts of distributing methamphetamine. He later entered a plea deal with prosecutors to reduce that to one count. Under the plea deal, Ross also worked with investigators with the WING Drug Task Force to sell to other individuals in the area. Ross also testified against those people in court.

Both County Attorney Doug Warner and Defense Attorney Tyler Petit said that Ross was "extremely cooperative" with investigators, and was willing to do more than they asked of him.
