Trial set for undocumented immigrant caught with drugs

A trial date is set for an undocumented immigrant who was caught with illegal drugs.

26–year–old Alejandro Zamarripa was in court today facing three charges.

The undocumented immigrant is charged with operating a vehicle without a license, cocaine possession and false reporting.

Zamarripa was arrested earlier this month after a cop pulled over the car he was driving for speeding.

During his arraignment, Zamarripa pled 'not guilty' to all three charges.

His trial is set for May 6th at 8:30 a.m.
