Fatality confirmed in rural Scotts Bluff County rollover

Authorities are confirming at least one person is dead after a roll-over accident on Spring Creek Road near Mitchell.

Around 4:30 Saturday afternoon, emergency responders were dispatched to the accident.

Law enforcement officers from the Scotts Bluff County Sheriff's Office and other agencies are on the scene now.

A bystander told a KOTA Territory News Reporter that a Suburban veered off the road. Scotts Bluff County Coroner Doug Warner has been called to verify the death and notify the family.
