Mitchell fatality investigation turns up more information on accident

We now know the name of the man killed in a rollover accident near Mitchell yesterday afternoon.

Scottsbluff County Coroner Doug Warner confirmed that 46 year old Jose Louis Garcia was killed when he lost control of his Chevy Tahoe.

The vehicle rolled and hit a power pole on Spring Creek Road.

Authorities say excessive speed and alcohol may have been a factor in the crash.

Garcia wasn't wearing a seatbelt.
