Trial delayed for Hemingford woman accused of helping dispose body

Posted: Updated:

A 3 day jury trial scheduled to begin this week for a Hemingford woman charged with being an accessory to a felony has been delayed.

Rose Siefke is accused of helping then-boyfriend Andy Gonzales bury the burnt body of Josh Bullock in a remote part of Dawes County.

In December, Siefke pled not guilty to the charges.

District Judge Travis O'Gorman has set aside three days for a jury trial, beginning on March 5th.

That trial has now been pushed back until May 20th.

If convicted, Siefke faces a maximum of 20 years in prison and a 25-thousand dollar fine.
