After more than five hours of deliberation... a jury finds a Gering man *guilty* of his fourth child sex assault.

51 - year - old Timothy Fuentes was found guilty this afternoon on one count of 3rd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child... stemming from an incident that took place last August.

The same case was heard back in January, but ended in a hung jury.

Fuentes is facing a prison sentence ranging from five to fifty years. Sentencing will take place April 8th in Scotts Bluff County District court.
