A Kimball man will spend the next 10 to 15 years in jail after his 5th D.U.I.

30-year old Clifford Coyle was sentenced this morning in two separate cases.

In the first case, Coyle was sentenced to serve 10-15 years' imprisonment for his 5th DUI, which is a Class III felony.

In his second case, his probation was revoked from a January 2012 DUI, and was re-sentenced to serve 10 - 15 years' imprisonment.

The sentences were ordered to run concurrently.  His operator's license was revoked for 15 years in each case.
