Panhandle Future Farmers of America are celebrating Ag - Week by getting out into the community.
The Scottsbluff F.F.A Chapter is making some changes.
The nNbraska F.F.A asked Scottsbluff Chapter members to get out into the community and spread the word about agriculture and what they do.
This month the students started getting out into the community and leaving educational magazines around town.
Tevyn Baldwin, the Scottsbluff Chapter President, says they've been showcasing the magazines in unlikely places, like doctors offices, salons and dentist offices. Places that usually don't make you think of agriculture.
"It's so important because we're the future of agriculture, and so our goal is to try and get agriculture out into the community and make people aware of what we do," Baldwin said.
Baldwin says people need to know where their food comes from and the F.F.A members are the future food producers.
