Scottsbluff's YMCA hosts Parents Night Out tomorrow night

Posted: Updated:

This time of year can be stressful for parents.

To help with some of the hustle-and-bustle, members of the YMCA in Scottsbluff are hosting the first-ever Parents Night Out.

Tomorrow night, parents can drop their children off at the YMCA between 5 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.

YMCA Senior Program Director Aaron Fabel says the aquatics staff will be on hand providing several activities for kids in and around the pool.

Parents Night Out is free for members and costs $10 for non-members per family.

Fabel says the event is a good way for parents to catch up on their to-do list.

"Basically the Parents Night Out, a way for the parents to get out, have a night on the town on us, whether they need to do last minute Christmas shopping, just have a date, whatever it is...bring your kids to the Y and have a safe environment and let them swim." Said Fabel.

Parents can still register before tomorrow night's event.

Call the YMCA or walk in before 4 p.m.
