Part of the agreement deals with funding equipment in the county's 911 communication center.

Since July of this year, commissioners have extended deadlines at least twice for surrounding members to fund equipment.

Tuesday, December 17th at 4:30 p.m. was the final deadline.

On Tuesday, commissioners received nearly $104,000 payment from the city of Scottsbluff.

Commissioners also received an agreement and payments from the Village of Morrill.

On Monday, the commissioners accepted four more agreements and payments from the Villages of McGrew, Lyman and Henry and the cities of Terrytown and Mitchell.
