A 20-year-old Bayard man has been arrested for a drunk driving crash that has sent two people to the hospital.

Scotts Bluff County Sheriff Deputy Hackett says that Michael Fiscus was heading westbound on County Road S when he drove through a stop sign.  Fiscus crashed into a northbound vehicle on County Road 36 that had the right of the way.
Hackett says the passengers in both vehicles were transported to Regional West Medical Center but their names have not been released.  He says that one passenger is facing non-life threatening injuries; the other passenger was unresponsive- but breathing- after the accident.
Airlink was sent out to the scene, but neither passenger required to be airlifted to the hospital.
Fiscus was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence and Zero Tolerance.
