Posted: Updated:

One man is in critical condition, and another is being sought-out by police, following a drunk driving accident Friday night.
Authorities say 20-year-old Michael Fiscus of Mitchell was driving drunk when he ran a stop sign and crashed into another vehicle.

Inside that vehicle, was 36-year-old Seth Thompson and 30-year-old Dustin Baudette.

Thompson was transported to Regional West and is currently in critical condition.

Fiscus was arrested on scene, and is charged with driving under the influence, willful reckless driving, a stop sign violation, and carrying a concealed weapon after a .22 caliber pistol was found in his vehicle.

Police are also searching for 18-year-old Andrew Hackett, who was the passenger in Fiscus' vehicle.

Deputies say Hackett provided them with a false name, and there is now an active Scotts Bluff County arrest warrant charging him with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The accident occurred at the intersection of County road 'S' and County Road 36.
