Ross back in court after allegedly violating probation

Posted: Updated:

A man accused of violating probation after selling meth out of a Scottsbluff restaurant is back in court.

34-year–old Brian Ross was arraigned Friday in district county court for allegedly violating the terms of his probation.

Ross received four years of probation in February 2013 for selling methamphetamine out of Scottsbluff restaurant 'Taco Town'.

In a plea deal, Ross began working with the state as a criminal informant to make more meth–related arrests.

But during one of the trials, Ross was caught buying a gram of methamphetamine and landed back in jail with additional charges filed against him.

In the following trial, Ross allegedly tried to bribe a man who was selected to be a juror in the trial against him.

Ross will have a probable cause hearing on motion to revoke probation on January 16th a 3 p.m. to determine is there's enough evidence to move forward with a trial.
