4oz low or non-fat Greek yogurt
- strawberries - blueberries - raspberries - blackberries - mango and/or banana
Place yogurt in a blender and add four ounces of sliced or chopped fruit.
Add ice cubes, if desired. Flaxseed or wheat germ can also be added.
Process until smooth. Pour into serving glass and garnish glass with a fresh strawberry or fresh mint.
