Judge sets armed robbery suspect bond at one million dollars

The suspect in the Scottsbluff convenience store armed robbery is behind bars after a county court judge set a one million dollar bond Friday morning.
 
Scotts Bluff County Judge Kris Mickey set the bond for 28-year-old Michael Galindo of Scottsbluff at one million dollars with a 10 percent cash provision.

Galindo is charged with robbery and possession of methamphetamine after Wednesday's armed robbery at the Git 'N Split convenience store on 27th street.

Court documents show that Galindo also has several outstanding warrants including forgery and theft in other counties.

Galindo's preliminary hearing is expected to take place January 29th at 4:00 p.m.
