Prospective students will get a taste of college life at Visitation Day

Posted: Updated:

Prospective students will get a taste of college life at Eastern Wyoming College's upcoming Visitation Day.

The event is open to all prospective college students and parents.

The full–day event begins with welcome talks from a number of EWC staff members, including College President Doctor Tom Armstrong.

Throughout the day attendees will tour the campus, learn about financial aid options, sit–in on a college class, and have lunch in the school's dining hall. Students will get a free Lancer shirt and be entered in a scholarship drawing.

"Nothing like a free event.  Nothing like free stuff," says Admissions Representative Mai Lee Olsen. "You can register online at www.ewc.wy.edu.  It's right on the home page.  Just tell us how many people we're feeding for lunch.  We want to prepare for that."

EWC's visitation day begins at 8:30 a.m. on Monday February 17th.

You must pre-register to attend.
