Platte Valley Companies accountant Brittany Kleager was awarded 'young careerist' for the advances and potential she has shown in her career.

KNEB's Kendra Feather was named 'Woman of the Year' for her outstanding career achievements, community service, and guidance to other women.

The Scotts Bluff Country Club was also awarded employer of the year for their role in the advancement of women in the workplace.
"Our Employer of the Year obviously does look at the amount of women in the workplace and what they offer to women and the benefits they actually do have in their environments."
The Scotts Bluff Country Club currently employs 19 women, two of who are executive managers.
