The little boy who refused to let brain cancer keep him on the sidelines. He scored a touchdown for his Nebraska Cornhuskers. The moment went viral -but that was just the beginning of this inspirational journey.

Who could forget number 22... 7 year old Jack Hoffman?  Lifted by that team and right into our hearts. That little Nebraska fan, diagnosed with brain cancer at the age of five.

But during his fight, he got that chance to lead his favorite team onto the field.

Off the field - another victory.

After 60 grueling weeks of chemotherapy, jack's cancer in remission.

That "moment" on the field- became an internet sensation with more than 8.5 million views.

Jack's family and friends forming the Team Jack Foundation and "The Big Give"  to help all children with pediatric brain cancer.

What a year it's been. Meeting the president. A trading card in his honor. Even winning an ESPY for "best moment" in sports.

So many on his team now. And this past weekend, Jack was back on the field.

His family saying his appetite is back. And his hair growing back. He's back at practice.

Everyone excited to see him. And to ask one more time about that play.
"How did you know when to stop running when you went for the touchdown?" asked a Big 10 reporter. "My Dad told me to just hit the fence," said Jack.

A boy and his play - fueling a much bigger victory off the field too.
