Dinsdale taking momentum into May Primary

Posted: Updated:
Pinnacle Bank President Sid Dinsdale says he has momentum riding in the U.S. Senate race leading up to the May primary.
The Republican says that Obamacare still remains a major issue for his campaign. But with a field of five candidates vying to replace Mike Johann's spot on Capitol Hill, Dinsdale says there are several key factors that set him apart from the others.
"Number one, my background in life is much wider, deeper, and longer than the others," explains Dinsdale. "I'm self-term limiting to two terms. And a big difference is I'm not taking the Washington D.C. PAC money. What you got going on now is messy and I don't like it more than any other Nebraskans."
Dinsdale says he won't run any negative ads; but the fact that other candidates are targeting him means that they see him as an obstacle to win the Republican nod.
