A Scottsbluff man is facing felony drug charges after police find more than one pound of methamphetamine in his 12th Avenue home.

On Friday night, police pulled over 21-year-old Emmanuel Castro-Molina for a traffic violation. A search of the vehicle led to the discovery of a concealment tool that is used to hide items such as narcotics.

Castro-Molina gave police consent to then search his home at 1016 12th Avenue, and a search of the house revealed a large zip lock baggie containing methamphetamine in a separate concealment tool. They also found a five pound tub of a cutting agent, and 11 sandwich baggies with additional methamphetamine. The total weigh of the large baggie and 11 smaller baggies weighing a total of 647.3 grams (22.83 ounces.)

He was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine more than 140 grams, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a fake license or identification. An ICE hold was also placed on Castro-Molina.
