$250,000 bond set for man for child porn charges

 A Scottsbluff Nebraska State Patrol Investigator completes a six month investigation, leading to the arrest of a man who was distributing child pornography online. 

31-year-old Jonathan Bye of Lexington was arrested this week after Investigator Monty Lovelace was able to go undercover and obtain the images from Bye. 

Bye was using the name 'demon_666_420@yahoo.com' and admitted to Lovelace that he "though" he remembered sending the video

He is being charged with 'Distribution of Visual Depiction of Sexually Explicit Conduct'- a class ID Felony. 

Scotts Bluff County Judge James Worden set bond at $250,000 at 10%.
