We are going to get one more warm day before our next storm system moves in Monday night.
Late Monday night, rain will have taken over the northern half of KOTA-Territory. This rain will transition to snow from north to south. This snow is looking like a very wet snow and temperatures will be around freezing for most of us.
As of now, it looks as if Scottsbluff will change over to all snow by 6AM Tuesday morning before ending around 12PM. As of now, I could see around 1 inch of wet snow total in Scottsbluff. If the changeover is sooner a little more, and if it's later a little less.
On Wednesday, a ridge of high pressure will build out west allowing warmer air to return by the middle of next week.
